| 摘要 | Digestive system diseases seriously threaten human physical and mental health, with their incidence remaining persistently high. The NLRP3 inflammasome is a core multiprotein complex of the innate immune system, regulating the maturation and release of pro-inflammatory factors such as IL-1β and IL-18. The NLRP3 inflammasome, as a key innate immune sensor, plays a significant role in the occurrence and development of various digestive system diseases. This paper reviewed the research progress on the NLRP3 inflammasome in digestive system diseases, and explored the relationship between the NLRP3 inflammasome and these diseases, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of digestive system diseases. |
