| 摘要 | Citrus medica is an important medicinal plant belonging to the genus Citrus in the Rutaceae family. Its fruit is rich in bioactive compounds such as flavonoids and coumarins, and has significant medicinal and economic value. However, during cultivation, C. medica often suffers from various adverse stresses, including pests, diseases, and abiotic factors, which significantly affect its yield and quality. This paper systematically reviews the research progress on the physiological and molecular response mechanisms of C. medica to these adverse stresses. The paper also explores the signal interactions between biotic and abiotic stresses, the trade-off of defense resource allocation, and comprehensive prevention and control strategies, including exogenous regulation, grafting, and intelligent monitoring. In light of current research challenges such as insufficient understanding of mechanisms, limited studies on multi-stress interactions, and delayed validation of key gene functions, it is proposed that future efforts should focus on strengthening multi-omics integrative analysis, gene-editing breeding, phenomics monitoring, and the development of green control technologies. These measures will provide theoretical foundations for stress-resistant breeding and the efficient cultivation of C. medica. |
