| 摘要 | The efficacy, application and compatibility of five kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicines medicine (including yam, licorice, Platycodonisi Radix, Polygonati Rhizoma, and Pueraria Lobata) for medicine and food homology in the past five years were systematically searched and summarized, and the current situation of their food development was reviewed to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of this kind of CHMs for health care. |
