This article systematically reviews the chemical components of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus (CPPP), as well as their mechanisms of action against various cancers, including lung, breast, liver, and thyroid cancers. These compounds exerts therapeutic effects through multiple signaling pathways, such as inhibiting tumor proliferation, invasion, and migration, promoting cell apoptosis, and regulating immune responses. Current research mainly focuses on cellular and animal experiment levels, with limited progress in clinical translation and full-chain studies of “component, product, and application”. Future investigations should use molecular network analyses and strategies integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine to thoroughly explore synergistic targets, toxicity reduction, and efficacy enhancement, thereby facilitating the efficient translation of basic research achievements into clinical applications. |
