| 摘要 | Physochlaina physaloides (L.) G. Don, a traditional Mongolian medicinal herb, exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anti-migraine properties. Its main components include alkaloids, flavonoids, coumarins, and diphenylethanes. Processing methods such as milk soaking reduce toxicity while enhancing efficacy. Pharmacological studies confirm its activities against arthritis, migraine, gastric ulcers, and certain cancers. Quality control remains limited to single-marker analysis, and artificial cultivation requires further optimization. Despite progress, gaps persist in fully elucidating active components, processing mechanisms, and comprehensive quality standards. Future research should integrate multi-omics approaches, establish holistic evaluation systems, and advance clinical translation to support sustainable utilization. |
