Prostatitis is a common genitourinary disease characterized by a complex pathogenesis involving infection, inflammation, oxidative stress, and immune dysfunction. The p38MAPK signaling pathway plays a key role in inflammation and stress response, and inhibition of this pathway can reduce the expression of inflammatory factors, thereby alleviating prostatitis. Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can effectively treat prostatitis by regulating p38MAPK pathway. In this study, the role of p38MAPK in prostatitis is discussed through literature review, which provides a new scientific basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
