| 摘要 | Frontier Food Processing Technologies is a core backbone course in the food science and engineering discipline. Guided by the core concepts of New Engineering—"interdisciplinary integration, innovation driving, and industrial adaptability", it integrates outcomes from multiple fields including biotechnology, intelligent equipment, green chemical engineering, and sensor-based detection, and focuses on four core objectives: efficient processing, nutrient preservation, safety control, and low-carbon production. Effective teaching of this course is crucial for cultivating interdisciplinary technical talents needed for the transformation and upgrading of the food industry, directly impacting students’ technological application capability and workplace competitiveness. Under the New Engineering background, in response to issues in course teaching such as outdated textbooks, disconnection between theory and industry, and insufficient practical support, a systematic reform plan is proposed from aspects including teaching team construction, teaching content iteration, teaching system optimization, innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation, targeted talent development, and assessment mechanism innovation. This plan aims to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the course and effectively enhance the effectiveness of talent cultivation. |
