| 摘要 | An improved QuEChERS pretreatment combined with HPLC-MS/MS and ICP-MS was developed for simultaneous quantification of pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues and heavy metals in cereals, fruits, vegetables, meat and aquatic products. All analytes displayed good linearity with R2>0.999; recoveries ranged from 86.2% to 108.5%, and intra-/inter-day precisions (RSD) were less than 4.5%. A total of 320 real market samples were tested, with an overall qualification rate of 97.19%. This optimized approach is rapid, cost-effective and high-throughput, applicable to routine large-scale monitoring in food inspection laboratories, and provides fundamental data for regional food safety risk management. |
