| 摘要 | This paper introduces the distribution and characteristics of national first-class open ports, national bases for foreign trade transformation and upgrading, and bases for high-quality development of agricultural international trade in Xinjiang. It studies the border counties of the autonomous region, analyzes the main problems in the Action of Prospering the Border Areas and Enriching the People, and proposes suggestions such as building a transportation hub center for the Belt and Road Initiative, constructing national foreign trade bases related to agricultural products, developing the port economic belt, developing the newly established five counties and cities, scaling up facility agriculture, developing comprehensive agriculture in border counties according to local conditions, and strengthening the Action of Prospering the Border and Enriching the People. These are intended to provide reference for the implementation of the Party’s governance strategy for Xinjiang in the new era in the agricultural sector. |
