Amino acid chelated iron is the third generation of iron additive, which is featured by high biological efficiency, low environmental pollution and high safety, and is widely used in pig industry. The mechanism of action of amino acid chelated iron, application of amino acid chelated iron in pig production and its application prospect are reviewed in the paper, so as to provide the basis for pig production. |
